Meet the kit fox, the smallest member of the canidae family in North America. While small, this creature is the largest sub-species of this species. This creature was listed by the Department of the Interior as endangered in 1967. They live in the San Joaquin Valley and can be found in the Panoche and Tumey Hills of California.
